Problem with PF in Openbsd 5.5

Hi,

I use version 5.5 of PF in Openbsd, but my external redirects do not work.

My structure:

Internet -> ADSL modem -> Local network

In my modem, I have dmz directing all traffic to 10.1.1.1 (carp0 in the server)

I wonder what is wrong.
